Money collection can be doen instantly - no bad debts
Advertising eg Google Adwords
Can easily research competitors
Improve brand name through passive brocureware
Complements off line services - maybe offering interactive daily information
Online transactions with an ordering ststem and secure payment system
Searchable Catalogue
Interactive customisation such as filtering and listing options (eg low to high prices)
Product status, eg how many items are left in stock
